Clera windows are warranted against such defects in material and workmanship that might result in blistering, peeling, flaking, corroding, and fading of the window frame or sash members for as long as the original window purchaser owns and resides in the house in which the window was installed.This warranty shall remain in effect only if normal cleaning practices are followed periodically and shall be null and void if harmful solvents are used to clean the vinyl frame and/or sash members, or if the frame and/or sash are painted or coated in any way. This warranty does not cover normal fading due to pollutants and normal atmospheric conditions.
Clera warrants that under normal conditions there will not be an obvious obstruction of vision which is the result of film formation or dust collection between the interior glass surfaces for as long as the original purchaser owns and resides in the house. This is limited to 10 years on triple glazing.
Factory installed hardware is warranted against defects in material for as long as the original purchaser owns and resides in the house in which the window was installed.
Clera Windows + Doors warrants that every door we make is defect-free for as long as you use it in your home. This warranty applies to any issues caused by manufacturing or materials, as long as you use the door normally and reasonably. Our steel door panels will not warp, rust, or delaminate for a period of 20 years from the date of purchase.
The entry door system’s cellular PVC (or optional wood) frame and brickmould will not warp or buckle for a period of 20 years from the date of purchase.
Decorative, wrought iron, and clear glass units (door lite inserts) are warranted for a period of 10 years not to develop a seal failure.
